🚚 Standard Delivery - £3.99 (FREE over £50)
- Delivered by: Royal Mail / Inpost
- Timeframe: Up to 3 working days (Monday–Saturday)
- Order cut‑off: Place your order before 6pm
- Delivery Locations: Choose delivery to your home, Lockers, ParcelShop or Post Offices
What to expect

- On the delivery day, we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

- Your tracking updates will include your carrier details and the latest information about your delivery or collection.
- We’ll contact you if there is an attempted delivery, delay, exception or issue with your parcel, including any next steps you may need to take.
- Please check your emails and tracking updates before contacting our Customer Services team, as these will show the most up-to-date information.
- ParcelShop deliveries are normally held for 7 calendar days before they will be returned to us.
- Locker deliveries are normally held for 3 calendar days before they will be returned to us.
Please note: For some UK postcodes (including Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland), Standard Delivery may take 4–6 working days. You can find a full list in the Service Variations & Exclusions section below.

- Timeframe: Next working day (Monday - Saturday - no deliveries on Bank Holidays).

What happens after I place an order?
After you place your order, we’ll email you at each key stage as outlined in the table below.
Please check your emails and tracking regularly for the latest updates, including any delays, attempted deliveries or next steps.

Delivery FAQ's
How Bank Holidays Affect Delivery Estimates
- Our checkout will always show an estimated delivery date.
- This estimate automatically takes bank holidays and any other non‑working days into account.
- You’ll always see the most accurate timeframe available at the moment you place your order.
Do Couriers Deliver on Bank Holidays?
- Most couriers do not attempt delivery on a bank holiday.
- Some local courier partners may still choose to deliver, but this can vary by area.
- It’s a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking updates, as they’ll show any changes as soon as they happen.
Service Variations and Exclusions
For some UK postcodes including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Northern Island, our Standard Delivery service may take up to 4-6 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, our Express Delivery service is unavailable in these areas. For a list of postcodes, see below:
