How to track your order
Once we've dispatched your order, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way. This email will contain your EVRi tracking number.
- To track your order, enter your tracking number on the EVRi website.
- You can also track your order via our website.
- If you're not going to be in when your order is due to arrive, you can divert it or nominate a safe location. You can find out more about this here.
- For more specific delivery information, enter your postcode when requested.
Order hasn't arrived when you were expecting it to?
Our delivery partners will always aim to deliver your parcel within the timeframes shown above. However, in rare occurrences, deliveries may be subject to delays beyond the courier’s control.
If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you've paid for express delivery, we'll be happy to refund this back to you - You can contact our customer services team here.
If it still hasn’t arrived after this time, or you cant locate your delivery, please contact the EVRi support team, as they have access to the most up to date tracking information, and, if required, they'll contact your local depot for more information.

- Click on the live chat bubble in the bottom right corner, to start a conversation.
If after contacting EVRi you need our assistance, please ensure you've done the following before contacting our Customer Service team:
- Refer to the tracking information inclusive of the GPS location and delivery photo available via the EVRI website or EVRi Parcel App | Courier Delivery & Parcel Tracking App | EVRi
- Check the order hasn’t been received by another member of your household or neighbours, as they may have accepted this on your behalf if you were not in at the time of delivery.
- Take a look around your property in any outbuildings or safe places where the courier may have left the parcel for you.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us here with your order information; including your order number, email and billing address.
All our orders are tracked and so we will raise an investigation with EVRi to help you find your order.
Please ensure you raise any issues within 2 weeks of your expected delivery date, as otherwise this may affect our ability to investigate the status of your delivery.
