Returning Without a Printer (ParcelShop or Locker)
- You can choose a QR code option when registering your return.
- Take your parcel and QR code (on your phone is fine) to an Evri ParcelShop or Locker.
- The label will be printed for you at the drop‑off location - no printer needed.
Returning With a Home Collection
- If you book a home collection, you must print your returns label yourself.
- The Evri courier will not bring or print a label for you.
- Make sure your parcel is:
- Securely packaged
- Label attached before collection
Choosing the Right Option
- If you don’t have access to a printer, we recommend selecting:
- A ParcelShop or Locker return with QR code
- If you prefer a collection from home, you’ll need:
- Access to a printer to prepare your parcel
