You’ll Receive an Order Confirmation Email
As soon as you place an order with us, we’ll send you an email titled Order Confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.
You can also view your order details at any time by logging into My Account.
If You Haven’t Received the Email
Before worrying that something’s gone wrong, here are a few quick checks that often resolve the issue:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes automated emails can slip into these folders by mistake.
2. Check for a typo in your email address
- It’s easy to enter one character incorrectly at checkout.
- If you think this may have happened, please contact our Customer Services team - we’ll be happy to investigate and get this resolved with you.
