If you don't have a Knickerbox account and placed your order as a guest, you can create your return here. and enter in your order details.
Please note:
- When entering in your information, please ensure not to include any additional spaces
- Make sure to enter your billing postcode accurately.
- Billing postcode must include a space i.e CR3 0GG
- If your order was only part fulfilled, or it was an exchange, your order wont be found on our returns portal. You'll need to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
