If you're not completely satisfied with the items you've purchased online, you can return them to us for FREE using the following method.

How to Return your order
Returning your items to us for a refund is FREE with EVRi. You can book a home collection or drop your parcel off at your local EVRi Parcel Shop or locker.
- Visit our Returns Portal to select your preferred returns method.
- Complete the returns form you received with your order. If you don’t have your original returns form, you can get a new one here.
- Package up your items, along with your returns form.
- Drop off your item at your chosen Locker/Parcel Shop, or await your courier collection.
- We’ll email you a confirmation and a copy of your return label.
- Make sure to make a note of your returns barcode, should you need it in future.
How long do returns take?
Returns sent via EVRi can take up to 15 working days to be received and processed. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process your refund within 5 working days. You can track your return here.
If you haven't received a notification from us that we've processed your return after 15 working days, you can get in touch with the courier directly to query the status of your return.
