Make sure to check around your delivery address, and with any neighbours who may have accepted the it for you. The EVRi website or Mobile App will also provide you with a GPS location and proof-of-delivery photo to assist you.
If you’re certain you haven't received the parcel, we’d recommend you contact EVRi as soon as possible, via their Helpcentre.
The EVRi Customer Care team will be able to begin looking into your parcel straight away. This may include them contacting your local delivery driver directly. If their team aren’t able to resolve your issue, they’ll direct you back to our customer service team. In this case, please keep a note of your EVRi enquiry number.
